Text messages, chat, and calls

If you give us your phone number through the request form, or by calling or texting us, we may text you back about your enquiry, for example if we miss your call, to confirm a time, or to follow up on a quote. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We never sell your number, and we never share your number or your consent to be texted with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. If we miss your call you can leave a voicemail, which may be recorded and transcribed so we can get back to you. This site also offers an on-site assistant that can answer questions about our services and take booking requests; what you type there is stored with your enquiry so we can respond. These messages, chats and calls are handled by trusted third-party service providers on our behalf.

Third-party services

This site embeds a Google map on the contact page, and links to our profiles on Google, Facebook and Instagram. Those services have their own privacy policies that apply when you interact with them.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device, and taps on call, text, email and contact buttons) to help us understand how visitors use the site.
